Falconets Prepare for U20 World Cup Against Australia, Mexico

The Falconets, Nigeria’s U20 women’s national team, are gearing up for the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Colombia with preparatory matches against Australia and Mexico. Coach Chris Danjuma revealed that the team plans to establish a training camp in Colombia starting mid next month, ahead of the tournament’s kickoff on August 31.

Danjuma mentioned that the Falconets would train in Colombia for two weeks before the World Cup begins. The team has invited 32 players for a training camp in Abuja, from which a final squad of 21 players will be selected for the tournament.
