Brighton & Hove loan out Dutch born 2022 Flamingos invitee and Ajax fan

Brighton and Hove Albion have announced the loan move of Nigerian goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor to Plymouth Argyle for the 2024/25 season. Erhabor, 19, was invited to the Nigerian Flamingos squad in 2022 and previously signed her first professional contract with Brighton in January 2024.

During the latter part of the 2023/24 season, she went on loan to Hibernian, where she made her senior debut against Hearts in April 2024. Erhabor was also included in 13 matchday squads while at Hibernian and has trained with Brighton’s first team, although she has yet to make an appearance for them.

At Brighton, Erhabor made notable contributions to the U19s team, including playing in their Nike Premier Cup final victory over Tottenham Hotspur. The young goalkeeper revealed that her best moment in football so far was signing her first professional contract, and she is a supporter of Ajax Amsterdam.
