Tunisian club CS Sfaxien has successfully reached an agreement to sign Plateau United’s star striker, Albert Hilary. The club has agreed on a transfer fee with Plateau United and has offered Hilary a three year contract. The 19 year old striker was one of the top scorers in the Nigerian Professional Football League NPFL last season, netting 12 goals.
