Iloenyosi Inaugurates Anambra FA Standing Committees

The Anambra State Football Association ANSFA, under the leadership of Chief Chikelue Iloenyosi, officially inaugurated its standing committees on May 28, 2024, at the ANSFA Secretariat complex in Awka. The committees aim to enhance football administration and development within the state.

The four standing committees are:

Organising Committee

Led by Chief Victor Aniekwena Vice Chairman of ANSFA.

Members: Chief Uzor Epundu, Coach Obi Moneke, Mr. Ifeanyi Ojukwu, and Mr. Ralph Nweke Secretary.

Referees Appointment Committee

Led by Mrs. Cordelia Akanna.

Members: Mr. Collins Obiefuna, Mr. John Ubendu, Mr. Collins Ozigbo, Mr. Austin Mkparu, Mr. Ralph Awugosi, and Mr. Ralph Nweke Secretary.

Disciplinary Committee

Led by Chief Uzor Epundu.

Members: Sir Victor Nwangwu, Mr. Arthur Egbunam, Coach Paul Obiakor, and Chief Kenneth Onyeka.

Media/Publicity Committee

Led by Mr. Ralph Chigozie George.

Members: Mr. Michael Onwuzulike, Mr. Sab Osuji, Dr. Ikenna Nwokedi, and Mr. Obinna Ndema.

Chief Iloenyosi emphasized the importance of these committees in empowering football stakeholders to work collaboratively with the ANSFA board. He highlighted the goal of achieving seamless football administration and ensuring the growth of football as a major sport in Anambra State.

Sir Victor Nwangwu commended the initiative, stating that the formation of these committees is a positive step towards the development of the game. He urged members to adhere to the principles of football administration and work hard to promote and market the association effectively.
