The Federal Government has praised Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, for his significant contributions to developing sports in Nigeria. The commendation was given by the Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Enoh, during the finals of the 6th edition of the Bayelsa Governor’s Football Tournament, also known as the Prosperity Cup, held at the Samson Siasia Sports Complex in Yenagoa.
