Italian born Nigerian forward Destiny Efosa Egharevba, 21, has permanently left Serie A club Fiorentina to join Serie C outfit AC Renate. Born in Verona to Nigerian parents, Egharevba began his career at Chievo until the club’s bankruptcy in 2021. He joined Fiorentina, where he won the Italian Cup and Italian Super Cup but did not make a senior team appearance despite receiving four call ups during the 2021-2022 season.
Egharevba spent the last two seasons in Serie C, playing 37 matches with Vis Pesaro, Fiorenzuola, and Recanatese.Egharevba is a versatile player capable of playing as a right winger, centre forward, right midfielder, left winger, or second striker.
