Enyimba International’s chairman, Nwankwo Kanu, has expressed his gratitude to Abia State Governor, Chief Alex Otti, for his support during the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL season. Enyimba finished third in the NPFL with 63 points, trailing behind champions Rangers International and second placed Remo Stars. As a result, Enyimba will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup next year, while Rangers and Remo Stars will participate in the CAF Champions League.
