Getafe opened the scoring in the 19th minute through Omar Alderete, raising hopes of a home win. However, Las Palmas responded strongly after the break. Silva equalised in the 53rd minute, and two further goals sealed an impressive comeback for the visitors.
Uche played a full part in midfield, but Getafe struggled to contain Las Palmas’ second-half surge. Despite the loss, the Nigerian continues to be a consistent presence in the squad.
