Sam Sodje Condemns Prevalence of Paedophiles Among Coaches in Nigeria

Former Super Eagles and Premier League football star Sam Sodje has expressed deep concern over the rising cases of paedophilia among youth coaches in Delta State and across Nigeria. Sodje, who splits his time between London and Delta State, revealed that many youth coaches are abusing their positions by sexually exploiting children under their care. He emphasized that sports can lift millions out of poverty, but current economic challenges have led parents to hastily entrust their children to coaches without performing proper background checks.
